      Pros

      Management supports professional growth. There are many great colleagues. The salary was good, but there was only one raise in 3.5 years, and the promised bonuses were never given.

      Cons

      The Company owner has no understanding of professional behavior. One moment, he praises your work; the next, he’s shouting profanities at you in front of colleagues just because you followed best practices instead of taking shortcuts. The company consistently liy to both partners and employees about its actual situation. Frequent firings occur, even for good workers. Overtime, stress, and a toxic work environment are the norm. A strong no from me.
