Pros

Work from home, some of the employees and the ability to manage your own day and delivery. There wasn't to much more that was positive

Cons

The politics, it is a company that is run from the US and they don't think about the other countries or how they work when making decisions. The WU Way is a joke no one believes it is anything but a cost cutting exercise. People can pretend to work here when all they really do all day is position themselves for their next promotion.

We would welcome your critical and confidential feedback, if would like to share more with careers@westernunion.com. We are glad you enjoyed some of the benefits of working at WU. The WU WAY is definitely a work in progress...It’s a mind shift that tries to shift how everyone here at Western Union can do our work better and/or more efficiently than we did before. This will take time to infuse across the company, into our culture and everyday activities.

A company with an inspiring mission that is beginning to transform, an executive team that has gotten much better with recent departures, the opportunity to make a difference every day

Cons

In Denver, there are a lot of negative employees

Pros

Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

Cons

Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
