In regards to your leadership advice to management, every leader in the organization takes part in a program that is focused on strengthening their leadership capabilities. They meet bi-monthly and we’ve seen great benefits from this program, in helping leaders improve. We believe WU’s purpose of “moving money for better” attracts the best talent who want to make positive changes for the business, and especially for our customers around the world, in over 200+ countries and territories.
