The favouritism in this place runs rampant (at least in the head office). The pay is incredibly low for the amount of work they force you to do. You are held to a very high standard with no real performance planning, goal setting or any sort of formal development plans. The workload is very high and there is not a lot of governance in place. The wrong people are in leadership roles and the culture is very broken.
