Many, Lets start with History little bit,when it started in Hyderabad, they hired people like cattle, from XYZ companies and now they are in Management posts and would never retire from here. Now what this means 1. They formed a big team [ Called Leadership Team & LOB Heads ] and they create new roles for themselves and create new initiatives for their career growths and who works for that ? Team Members. 2. At Hyderabad they all talk in local languages even in meetings, so if you don't know local language you are in catch22. 3. Some Managers have GirlsFobia so there are many "All Boys" teams. 4. Politics & Lack of Transparency is the factor why many & many people are Leaving. 5. Good works [Development] are given to Contractors and Support lies with full time employees. 6. People are self acclaimed leaders here, without knowing technologies they become Architects and when projects fails blame game starts and they fire at lower levels. 7. Too much fun activities and that too by same people who are arrogant like hell. 8. My Dad's time technologies are used. Mainframes 9. Managers They don't utter a work in front of US teams and consider them as vendor as many of them came from Indian Service Companies so expect Micro Management, Time Tracking and peeping into your monitor while they pass
