1. You would get good infrastructure 2. Good cafeteria

1. No perks at all and indeed removed all employee benefits. 2. Very strict WFO and office hours tracking 3. No work life balance, you will be having all late night calls especially with US people, no shift allowance for technology people even though you will be working till 10:30 pm night 4. Too much dependency on US people 5. No HR connects 6. Wasting of time with All hands meetings 7. Unnecessary process automations 8. Too many leadership changes infact India head itself left the company including HR of India head too
