Pros
- Good benefits - Generous Paid Time Off - compensation is competatvie, but not great. - fiarly good work/life balance.
Cons
- Although compensation is competative, they generally try to keep you on the low end of the pay scale. - management preach do whats right for the customer, but often times internal policies won't allow for this. - large bank with communication issues across departments. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
