Pros
My team had a great work/life balance and very flexible schedules but it really depends on your job and manager. I would rate the pay as above average for newer employees.
Cons
Good pay early on but can easily "cap out" and feel like your career is a lame duck. Much of the work is extremely tedious, we can spend months to fulfill a request from internal auditors because they really don't know what they want you to do, just keep wanting to see it done differently.
