Pros

Great Pay Good Benefits room for advancement

Cons

Even Though There is no more Sales. the pressure and micro managing is still there. Supervisors and Leads breathing down your neck. Out of the 15 people i began training there only 5 are still there after only one year because they could not take it. The Team Leads sometimes guess when they assist you. even though you get a wrong answer from a lead you will be the one to blame for giving wrong information. I though i was there to help customers, while questioning answers i was given to say to customers i was told to not try and help customers too much. know i know why we are getting too many lawsuits and people leaving us. i wish corporate would look into this deep down. They have really good customer service employees that are pressured to just rush customers through calls instead of really assisting them.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
