Pros
-fun AAA game projects with opportunities in a wide variety of departments for animation -excellent management and production staff. They care about the staff and show it -benefits/extended healthcare -very friendly atmosphere that feels like a small community. Dont feel invisible with 100s of other artists like other places -quite decent pay and extremely good hours. Overtime is practically non-existent in my experience. The scheduling has always been very solid. -good place to learn new skills, they are willing to teach when someone shows interest or promise in changing departments. -facility isnt incredible but there is a big enough kitchen, spacious desk spacing, and a fun ammenities room with ping pong and games etc. -2 minute walk from a Rupert station, grocery store, and starbucks
Cons
-some projects can start to feel "samey", so variety may get stale sometimes. -not a lot of great restaurants near by, though there are some ok ones, or food trucks
