Pros
The manager I had was very laid back and helpful. Overall it's a good company to work for, and has excellent benefits including two weeks paid vacation that increased over your tenure years, and ten days of sick/personal time.
Cons
There's just not a lot of communication between departments. My personal opinion is that they are taking on too much too fast, in buying smaller companies to be part of the whole.
