I applied online. I interviewed at Weatherford (Edmonton, AB) in Jun 2022
Interview
Two people interviewed me, the manager and coordinator. Typically they will interview with 2 people from the office, regardless if its a shop/office position being applied to. If the interview goes well enough, they typically will offer a shop tour.

Question 1
Asked about current employment status, what applicable skills you have for the position youre applying to and sometime wage expectations.
The interview process was pretty normal. After a telephone interview, I went to their office and spent a couple hours interviewing with different people. My issue was that they did not have the courtesy to send me a message afterwards to let me know I did not get the position.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Weatherford
Interview
couple of months required for the overall procedures: first interview with continental HR, then an onsite group activity and panel interview with different product line managers, The techincal questions were part of the group activity, very basic questions if you're graduated, they care mostly on the way you approach and interact with the team members. Overall I appreciated the format
