Pros
I enjoyed my time there and learned a lot as I rose through the ranks. The district managers and operations coordinator for most part are really great because they usually can see through the smoke screen and identify those individuals that really put in the work.
Cons
Management & corporate not so great, they tend to values friendship & patronizing more than efficiency which usually leads to the wrong people being reward & laid off
