I've never worked with more brilliant group of individuals in my life. The entire company consists of critical, strategic and creative thinkers who work cohesively as a team. There's no in-fighting or loafing around, just collaboration, getting the work done right and on time. Reliability and sustainability are the keys and we wouldn't have those things without the crew we do.
The management encourages people to be innovative, and gives us the empowerment to charge forward with our ideas...then actually recognizes us for our efforts. What a concept: VALIDATION! What's that in today's corporate culture? Well, it exists at Voxox.
Cons
The location of the offices is terrible: It's stuck in the Pit of Traffic Doom. No matter what time of day, day of the week, or direction of travel, you will find yourself bogged down in the swamp of vehicular muck. Has anyone invented the teleporter, yet? Trekkies?
