This was a 2 step process a phone interview followed by in person. I first spoke with the VP of Sales about the current role and what they were looking for in a candidate. Followed by an in person at the office. Each individual that I met with asked probing and challenging questions in order to make sure I was a right fit for both the company as well as myself. Overall this was a great experience.
