Pros
Had some nice people but the atmosphere was always dependant on what mood the CEO or senior leadership team were in. Building is nice but the company floor not so much.
Cons
High turnover of staff. Very little opportunity for professional growth unless you are friendly with one of the senior leaders. Below market pay across the board. Difficulty in recruiting for open positions.
