      Feels like being part of a family. A lot of freedom and ownership given to employees. Colleagues support each other and have a lot of fun in the process. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Work can be repetitive at times making it feel dull. Towards the end it felt like communication across teams was getting a bit tedious
