Pros
Remote, work life balance is good, you get to work with really nice people. Love working in an org with an executive team with vision.
Cons
Bad middle management that is entirely focused on themselves and has no interest in your success unless it makes them look good. Middle management is political. Red tape everywhere - they dangle opportunity in front of anyone who wants it and then say it’s not the right time (like playing the lottery with your career). When clarity is requested on a path to career growth, they show you 9 unattainable steps (multiple reviews from skip levels who don’t spend any time with you?) Expectations are laughable and do not come with any reward when you meet them. Company continues to grow exponentially, and does not share a drop of that wealth. I’d steer clear unless you want to spend your days doing boring, reactive work for people who don’t care about you.
