Engaged in watching mass exodus of tenured employees forced out based on performance fabrications? Engaged in working on old equipment and failing systems? Engaged in a failing metric system that the management doesn't even understand? Engaged in arrogance and subjective remarks? If so, I was remarkably engaged.
