Pros

Can work nothing but still get paid

Cons

Extremely political and hierarchical. Many middle management people are the most stupid and fake people I have met in life. No room for advancement if you are not from an Ivy League or not the “selected” one by the management. Very emotionally draining environment. Worst work experience in my life.

Pros

Work life balance Great travel budget for Asia office Great package if you are an expat

Cons

- No career advancement for junior to mid level; however, senior managers are the ones who are getting promotions - Junior to mid level salary is so low, compensation structure is just absurd and not competitive with market practice - claim they don’t lay-off but they did shut down Singapore office
