      good work/life balance, generous retirement & health benefits, hybrid/flex work schedule in an industry that's shifting back to full-time in-office

      Cons

      technology is embarrassing, comfortable place to work for 40 years if you are content making below-market salary and value job security, but beyond licensing and initially working your way up, it's a tough place to continue to grow.

      Micromanage Training was not effective Heavy call volume Constantly changing lunch no consistency on any given week After training support is poor (a link is the answer to your question) Team leaders who also dont know how to resolve an issue.
