      As the CEO of this company it is not really my place to give a review of the working environment, but I just want to state the obvious in that we are welcoming all feedback and are always working on making ValueBlue a better place to work :)

      Pros

      Great team of coworkers always trying to help each other. Flexibility to innovate and try new things Limited micromanagement of day-to-day

      Cons

      Lack of financial stability and layoffs Leadership failures regarding product evolution and inability to deliver on customer-promised features. Lots of self-attrition from the company, knowledgeable people have decided to leave. CEO is new to the role and lacks career experience.
