      Pros

      Coworkers are great and knowledgeable about data and email. The product is an industry leader and well-recognized.

      Cons

      The leadership team seems out of touch and lacks understanding of their actions. They overestimate the size of their target market. Every year, the CEO holds a Zoom call to announce layoffs and takes the blame without taking any steps to improve the company.

      Pros

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Cons

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.
