Great benefits overall, compensation is very competitive, great bonus, annual wellbeing allowance of $1k for US, unlimited vacations, great work life balance, employees are really empower to choose what works best for them in several aspects such as work location (remote, office, hybrid), training and conference to attend (every employee can spend up to 5k a year in training/conferences/books of their choice, etc)
Cons
I cannot think of any other than the uncertainty with the Broadcom acquisition
