If you like to learh Indlish...its ok !

Cons

Management Challenges: disorganized and lacking effective communication...favoring colleagues from same countries. Workload and Stress: high workloads and stressful environments. The management is disorganized and demanding and deff! The work-life balance is worst at VFS. Extremely long hours without adequate compensation. People who decide for salaries do not evaluate corectly, they just decide a number irrelevant with country median salary.

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
