      Pros

      Gives exposure to interact with multiple people. Reputed job, respect is recieved if given. Direct relations with multiple bosses and multiple functions. Regular review, revision and refresher trainings. Super experienced guiding training & development team. Good incentive pay, and overtime. Quality experience for freshers about how to interact in corporate.

      Cons

      Too many level of hierarchy. Difficult bosses. Review based on favouratism. Boundries to the job confine what you can do or say. Long working during peak upto 16 to 18 hours work. Relatively less pay for any individual compared to the work load and working hours. No scope of promotion for 18 months on paper, if entry level no scope for 4 to 5 years. Quota and Favouritism in promotions and increment. 0 decision making power at the workers hand.

      the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

      Cons

      if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
