Pros

Competitive Compensation Package and benefits

Cons

They treat you like a number there. They obligate you to watch all these videos and fill out questionnaires regarding workplace environment, bullying, diversity, inclusion but in the same breath when you're experiencing anything negative under those umbrellas they do not support you and brush everything under the rug. They want you to voice all your concerns and suggestions, but nothing ever changes. It feels like it's all politics there and legalities. they conduct these meetings and have you jump thru hoops just to cover the higher ups in the end, that way they can always turn around and say, "well, we did have a meeting and here and the minutes..." but nothing ever gets better or changes. I was sad to leave because I truly enjoyed what I did as my job but it just was not worth it in the end.

Pros

Great place to work for. Continuing education benefits. Great learning opportunity.

Cons

Very busy and fast paced. Unless you park in D deck, you have to walk pretty far after you park your car.

Pros

Using Supply chain as a stepping stone

Cons

Poor Management, Supply chain leadership let's the Supply Chain Coordinators run the department, the department now it's way more unorganized than ever in 2026, people are still leaving in droves back to back, high turnover, The Department Feels like school And if you truly value your mental health, your overall well-being Don't work in Main Central Supply at VCU Health Long-Term please have a plan in place It's so much more opportunities at VCU Health Just research
