VCU Health interview questions

Applied and finally got an interview 2 months later. It was via zoom and consisted of the nurse manager, nurse clinician, and nurse educator. Asked me questions about my previous experience, why I wanted to work there, personal interests. They did ask me what I thought were permissible reasons to call-out which I thought was a little weird. Got an offer the week after and accepted

Extensive "tell me about a time" questions. so many they overlapped, one question could easily answer another and vice versa. Tedious but doable. May be difficult if you don' t have a lot of work experience to draw from to answer all 15-20 situational questions.
