Bad management, management and org is constantly changing, all the good people leave, they don’t reward hard workers, a lot of employees aren’t fit for the job, no accountability, and there is so much turnover that teams don’t hold a lot of knowledge/experience.
To top it off, bonuses were peanuts. There’s no incentive to want to work for a place this disorganized and with terrible work/life balance. Nobody in leadership roles listen to concerns, though they will certainly tell you they do with their “we listen” survey. This is not a place where people matter.
