Former CEO spent all of his time flattening the organization. Current CEO has completely reversed it. Way too many VP's with no real job function. It's the good old buddy system again. Continues to strip down the Operations functions at the expense of commercial and sales. Just let go 2% of the workforce instead of making pay cuts or furloughs. The Nexeo merger will be a disaster just like every other M&A attempt they have made.
