The EL prioritize their own next steps, like appearing in the media, while neglecting those who do the work. Unilode's culture is male superiority, With constant travel by the EL that is unnecessary when you have people and it's their job, really poor treatment of their direct reports, and their managers. There is a lack of direction and ineffective management, leaving employees in a state of uncertainty, waiting for new buyers to come in, to just do this all over again.
