      Ubisoft has a robust system of development so its one of the best places for a fresh graduate to start learning about the processes and work flows.

      Cons

      The company overall has a bad-ish reputation on the market due to its recent titles, and internally management seems to still be in echo chambers to do much about it. The company is also too massive for any change (even if its positive) to take effect and be noticed immediately.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
