Pros
Ubisoft Chengdu was my first real job out of University, and I learned a lot in my 7 years there. The company cares a lot about its employees, and the studio is very young. It's a vibrant and welcoming company.
Cons
Not many veterans and mentors and therefore it's difficult to advance. Salary is quite low for a foreign company.
