Pros
The time you get off 10 am is still earlier enough to be able to enjoy the rest of the day. Stay in union become a driver/feeder driver
Cons
Management set you up to fail. Not much training on the job. The time you have to be at work 4 am. You have to go to bed early. The pay is a slap in the face as a supervisor you get paid 1$ less than the hourly employees you manage. Your not a union member. For what they make you do daily is 8+ hrs you have to get it done in 5 1/2 hrs. As part time you would assume you would not have to work full time hrs to get time 1/2 but you have to work more than 8 hrs to get time 1/2 Daily as a part-time employee. Paid breaks your not really taking because that's when you actually have the time you need to catch up on all the paperwork Lunch you don't really get because they don't allow you to take one unless you work more than 6 hrs Wich you won't know till it's at 6 hrs. Insurance is 60/40. They cover 60 percent while you have to pay the other 40 percent out of pocket. If you use a sick day they make you write yourself up. Or in general you have to write yourself up for any reason cause management does not do the write ups. You have to have very thick skin management belittles you every second they see you and call you names behind your back to other employees. Don't tell them you have another job cause they will threaten you to quit the other job or make it so there job cuts into your other job.
