Pros
The benefits are good - if you last
Cons
The only documentation received on what to expect from the job in regards to hours, orientation/onboarding, schedule, etc is inaccurate. This is apparently an ongoing issue, that they refuse to resolve. Scare tactics during the orientation are utilized regarding the culture and ability to take time off, to ensure that those who aren't a good fit are weeded out early. Managers then tell the next group of new hires that people are intimidated that the physical labor is too hard, without conducting research into why people don't go back. Found out through an off-hand question by a rehire that I am required to work past my off time, even though it's not posted. This should have been communicated at the building tour/onboarding, instead of after having every employee sign their commitment to attendance without actual knowledge of attendance hours
