Co-workers Pay for part time and no experience Great physical workout I enjoy the work a lot. Having to unload trailers is challenging and I find it fun trying to beat my co-workers times. However, once you prove that you can go hard and are capable of doing so, they expect that all of the time. This can definitely wear a person down that is not prepared togoghard
Cons
Work conditions can be rough depending on weather Chance for advancement Demanding work Lack of hours Found myself and a lot of other co-workers getting sent home if workload is light. Since everything is predicated on seniority, this can be difficult for people without other jobs. This is definitely a solid second job to have.
