Pros
-Great benefits especially considering it is a part time job -Health insurance, dental, vision -Tuition assistance -Most people are given days off of work when they ask for them -Can become a part-time manager pretty quickly (within a few months) if that is what you want to do -If you have a good reason (college) and you have worked there long enough, it is possible to be transferred to one of the many other locations throughout the country
Cons
-The attitudes of the people you work with can vary greatly depending upon what area you are moved to. In one area you could be working mostly with hard working people that are easy to get along with and then be moved to another where most of the people find ways to work as little as possible and do nothing but complain. -If you aren't already in pretty good shape, the job can be tough. It can take a few weeks to adapt to the job physically. -If you are unlucky enough to have to work for a manager that is not very good, your will end up having to work even harder
