      permitted to work from home. Ability to balance family and work life. Not bad comp if are joining from industry. Not good if have progressed from N/O

      Cons

      poor total comp. ability to progress hampered by middle management if not part of their club. N/O considered to now be a graduate - hence de-motivates the good N/O we have
