Pros
- Valuable exposure to the complexity of a big company - Working hours expectations and work-life balance are generally very good - Personal development (e.g., certifications) is generally encouraged and supported
Cons
- For graduate talent program employees (who in theory should be among the most strictly selected employees): the starting compensation is stagnant and not particularly high (online results from ~10 years ago indicate the same gross salary), in addition to a general limitation/reduction in benefits of the program compared to previous years (off-site days, possibility of rotations abroad, etc.) - It's bureaucratic and has excessive controls; processes are often cumbersome, even for small changes or requests, affecting many aspects of work - There are quite limited benefits (e.g,, remote work equipment, public transportation, etc.), especially compared to what employees received some years ago
