- Work culture and environment is not good. specially for consultant. - UBS has toxic environment specially for contractors. you don't have freedom to suggest performance improvements and maintain code quality, at the result manager and executive started politics and they will not allow you in discussion. When you take any initiative for product improvement they will not help you. In short you will feel like Slave!!
