Pros

Very good developers (at least on my team), better than every other company I've worked at (except for a startup). Management had good technical knowledge, and if they didn't, were willing to defer to the developers. Somewhat agile development process.

Cons

No testers, no testing team. Estimating process was a bit of a joke at times. Mega-tight with budget for equipment sometimes - we were often short of disk space and ended up sharing resources amongst developers, which resulted in a lot of waiting.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
