Pros

flexible hours and decent holiday policy

Cons

pay and difficulty of use: not only did they nickel and dime (dont even ask about benefits), there was a chronic underpayment vs the street. this was largely driven from poor managment, more concerned with art basel bookings than investing in techology. worse, they have corporate-imposed restriction s on their markets business, making it impossible to compete with peers during the course of business. overall, it was a very poorly run company always tossing a bandaid on somewhere.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
