Pros
Great teams all working together globally to deliver the best possible solutions for internal and external clients. Some great products and applications and staff which should put UBS at the forefront of clients minds.
Cons
Obviously all the recent problems have not helped with staff morale over the last 12 months. All the changes within management have also not helped. Employees do not know who they are working for and who is reviewing their performance.
