Pros
UBS Investment Bank has emerged as a major IB player in the last 7-10 years. Especially they have a very strong market position in Asia including M&A and capital markets. UBS is known for its great culture with emphasis on teamwork. They go the extra mile to take care of their employees
Cons
UBS has was hit hard by the financial crisis then then rogue trader. Business outlook has been negatively effected. Also on a more employee level, there is not as much training opportunites as the US firms
