      Pros

      Great group of co-workers, was a prestigious firm and the respect it received was satisfying. Provided customers with a wide spectrum of services.

      Cons

      Senior management didn't know what they wanted other than paying themselves. Big slices of revenue stream to people who'd work there for a year and be replaced.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
