Pros
Still have some of the best colleagues to work with. The IT process is matured than most of the other financial institutions.
Cons
In 8 years I had 10 managers that too after 3 years with the first manager. UBS IT lost the plot during downsizing and outsourcing and have been clueless ever since. Too much top down approach.
