      Positive work environment, ability to work work from home, opportunities for career growth.

      Cons

      Job insecurity, constant attempts at process improvements and therefore constant changes, no stability, office computers are often broken or incorrectly setup with monitos not working, constant push for budget save - people leave and are not replaced while their workload is distributed ro the rest of the team.

      Pros

      Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

      Cons

      Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
