We appreciate the honest feedback. We do our best to post on the positions that 30-50 calls are an average day. Emails and inbound and outbound phone calls are the way we communicate with our members. We often launch new programs that do require some sort of cold calling, yet a very soft approach to an existing member base. We will review Account Specialists' job posts to make sure they set the right expectations as we want our employees to love what they do and understand the why behind the calls. We love to help and we are on a mission to help more people, which does involve calls. :-)
