Trxade interview questions

I had a Round 1 Interview with Trxade Group over the phone and it went very well. About a week after the interview I followed up with the Rep I spoke with in an email because I hadn't heard back. It took another 2 days but then they followed up with me and were wondering if I was interested in having another phone interview that day, but then they decided if it was possible I should come in for an in-person interview. I accommodated them and went to see them with a couple hours notice. I met with them for 2 hours and they said that they were interested in moving forward. That afternoon they sent an Offer of Employment, and a few hours went by without a reply so they reached out to me again. I just said that I wanted to think on the offer overnight. I accepted the following morning and then at the end of the workday they said they were sorry but they were going in a different direction, with no explanation. I am asking for feedback, but I would not be surprised if they just "left me on read." The interview felt very conversation driven and I enjoyed meeting with Trxade, but their behavior suggests chaos, unprofessionalism and that they are sloppy and inconsiderate.
