Pros

I really can’t think of any. Except free parking on site!

Cons

Where to begin - I have somehow endured nearly two very long years working for this mediocre company that portrays itself as a company working in Healthcare and cares for its employees... does it - BS!

So the pay is awful, flexibility is awful and the way you are treated - as just a number! Here are my thoughts of my time here. 1. Nepotism. Mostly everyone in my office was related or best friends. 2. Favouritism. If you're well liked and part of the clique, you'll go places. If you 're not a chosen one, you'll purposely get nowhere. 3. Laziness. There's a lot of 'I couldn't be asked' and 'It's not my job' going around. The 2nd line team are hopeless and unwelcoming to work with. 4. Discrimination. Any intellectual potential, education, technical skills or talents is seen as an active threat to inadequate people in high places. You will be undermined to the highest degree. I have a degree in computing and after I was still stuck in a basic technical support role which is repetitive and boring. Forget about career progression. 5. Lack of innovation. They will copy and paste and do manual jobs using old technologies with no intention to accept innovation or change, yet they claim to be innovation driven. 6. Values. I have not come across a single employee that holds true to the company values. Not one. I hated every minute working for this company and then changing their name has not improved on how they treat their staff

Pros

There is free parking and coffee

Cons

This is the worst company I've ever worked at with regard to the way it treats its' employees. Only had 2 pay rises in over 7 years. When it became an EOT they only gave profit sharing and they weren't actually making much profit. Absolutely no flexibility with regards to working arrangements. Any appointments had to be taken in own time, or unpaid leave, or holiday. staff moral is extremely low. Managers promoted based on technical ability not managerial skills and for the most part were pretty appalling in the way they dealt with staff. Basically told to toe-the-company line or face disciplinary even down to the level of voicing any dissatisfaction as to how things were run. Extremely bad communication internally. Changes made to the way processes worked but impacted staff not made aware of changes until they tried to do their jobs. Do not believe the positive reviews on here mostly written by the senior managers in an effort to boost the company ratings. The negative reviews are much closer to the truth. I cannot in any way recommend this as a company to work for and if you do get offered a job keep looking for alternatives. HR Dept was just a mouth peace for the Directors and didn't uphold any staff issues.

Pros

I’ve had the opportunity to work with a genuinely talented, supportive, and knowledgeable team. People are approachable, willing to help each other, and open to sharing what they know, which creates a collaborative working environment. There are good opportunities for development here, particularly for those who are proactive, take initiative, and want to grow their skills. My own experience working here has been positive and constructive. I feel supported by my colleagues and have enjoyed being part of a team that takes pride in the work it does. Day to day collaboration and communication have been strong, and I’ve found the culture to be far more cooperative than adversarial. I’m aware that some reviews online present a very different picture, but I can only speak honestly about my own time here. From my experience, I have never been asked or incentivised to leave a positive review, and I’m sharing this feedback because it reflects how I genuinely feel about working here. I think it’s important that people considering a role are able to see a range of perspectives, and this review represents mine. Overall, I enjoy my work, value the people I work with, and am glad to be part of the team.

Cons

I’ve not come across any cons in my time at this company.
